Emirates Launches Two New UK Credit Cards Offering Skywards Miles and Exclusive Travel Benefits
DUBAI – Emirates has partnered with Jaja Finance to launch two new credit cards in the United Kingdom, giving customers another way to earn rewards through the airline’s popular Skywards frequent-flyer programme.
The launch marks the return of UK credit cards that directly earn Emirates Skywards miles for the first time since 2018, creating new opportunities for frequent travellers to accumulate miles through everyday spending.
The two cards, Premium and Rewards, are designed to appeal to different types of travellers, offering welcome bonuses and additional travel benefits.
The Premium card comes with a welcome bonus of 30,000 Skywards miles, alongside Emirates Skywards Silver membership status, providing customers with additional privileges when travelling with the airline.
Meanwhile, the Rewards card offers a welcome bonus of 20,000 Skywards miles, as well as airport lounge passes at selected airports, including London Heathrow and Manchester.
The partnership with Jaja Finance strengthens Emirates’ efforts to expand its loyalty programme beyond traditional air travel, allowing customers to earn rewards through their everyday financial activities.
For Emirates passengers in the UK, the new cards could provide an additional incentive to remain loyal to the airline, particularly for those who regularly travel internationally and want to make greater use of their Skywards miles.
The introduction also comes as airlines increasingly look beyond ticket sales to strengthen customer loyalty through financial partnerships, reward programmes and additional travel-related benefits.
