Powered by GE9X engines and featuring advanced technology like folding wingtips and a more spacious cabin, the 777-9 will be deployed on key international routes including London, Los Angeles, and New York.

“This is a major milestone for our future growth,” said Ronald Lam, CEO of Cathay Pacific. “The 777-9 will help us deliver a world-class travel experience while reducing our environmental footprint.”

The addition of the 777-9 reflects Cathay Pacific’s commitment to modernizing its fleet and strengthening its position as a leading global airline.
