Emirates Opens £10 Million Signature Lounge at Manchester Airport

MANCHESTER, UK — Emirates has officially opened its new £10 million premium lounge at Manchester Airport, introducing its latest signature lounge concept to the United Kingdom for the first time.

Located in Terminal 2, the new Emirates lounge has been designed to offer eligible passengers a more comfortable and premium airport experience, combining contemporary interiors, technology, dining and wellness facilities.

The facility features more than 50 design enhancements across dedicated spaces for relaxation, working, socialising and dining. Emirates says the new concept reflects the changing needs of modern travellers, with the lounge designed to provide a quieter and more comfortable environment before departure.

One of the standout features is the lounge’s direct boarding access, allowing eligible passengers to board their aircraft directly from the lounge. This is intended to provide a smoother transition from the premium lounge environment to the aircraft.

The new facility also incorporates local dining options, alongside Emirates’ familiar hospitality, while wellness-focused amenities provide passengers with additional opportunities to relax before their flight.

The Manchester opening represents another investment by Emirates in its premium passenger experience and strengthens the airline’s presence at one of the UK’s major international airports.

With Manchester now becoming the first UK location to receive Emirates’ latest lounge concept, the new facility is expected to provide passengers with a more modern and personalised experience from the moment they arrive at the airport.
