AirAsia X Launches Kuala Lumpur–Bahrain–London Route, Establishing First Middle East Hub
AirAsia X has announced a new long-haul route connecting Kuala Lumpur to London via Bahrain, set to launch in June. The service marks the airline’s first Middle Eastern hub and strengthens its growing Europe network.
Bahrain will serve as a strategic transit point, allowing AirAsia X to enhance connectivity between Southeast Asia, the Gulf region, and the United Kingdom. The move signals the carrier’s ambition to expand its long-haul footprint while offering competitive fares on key international routes.
