Major Disruptions Hit Paris Airport as 388 Flights Delayed and 25 Canceled

Travel chaos unfolded at Paris’s main airport on Tuesday as widespread operational disruptions forced airlines including Lufthansa, Air France, Air Canada, Finnair, easyJet, Iberia, and several others to delay or cancel hundreds of flights, severely impacting passengers traveling across France and Europe.

According to airport operations data, 388 flights were delayed while 25 services were canceled outright, triggering long queues, missed connections, and mounting frustration among travelers. The disruptions significantly affected domestic routes to Toulouse, Nice, Lyon, and Marseille Provence, as well as key international connections.

Air France, the airport’s largest operator, was among the hardest hit, with knock-on delays rippling through its European and long-haul network. Low-cost carriers such as easyJet also reported schedule disruptions, while international airlines including Lufthansa, Air Canada, Finnair, and Iberia experienced delays linked to aircraft rotation and crew availability.
